Nestled in the center of Hochatown, Spotted Feather provides 3 bedrooms, 3 and a half baths, and a flexible bonus space that easily hosts up to 10 guests. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it offers a tranquil setting perfect for unwinding together.

From the moment you enter, a sense of warmth and comfort greets you. Settle into plush seating with a favorite novel beside the fireplace, or tune into the game on the television. The dining space includes a table for 8 plus seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. A thoughtfully designed custom kitchen comes fully stocked, making it simple to create satisfying home-cooked meals.

On the main level, two elegant king bedrooms await, each paired with its own en-suite bathroom that includes a step-free, glass-enclosed shower. The upper level features a twin bunk bedroom sleeping four, along with a full bathroom equipped with a combination shower and tub. Additional sleeping space comes from a queen sleeper sofa in the bonus room. Two toddler cots are available for young children who like to stay near their parents (bedding is not included). The bonus loft also serves as a cozy spot for movies, puzzles, Foosball matches, or a selection of games suited to every age.

Step outside onto the wrap-around porch for a peaceful pause and take in the views. Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee from the front seating area, or settle into the rear porch’s comfortable chairs with a glass of wine while keeping an eye on the children at the playset. The back porch is outfitted with a gas fireplace, propane grill, outdoor television, and a six-person hot tub. Just beyond lies a playset and a fire pit ready for roasting marshmallows and crafting s’mores.

Spotted Feather sits only minutes from Beavers Bend State Park and its extensive network of hiking trails. Popular dining and evening spots—including Mountain Fork Brewery, Shuck Me, and Girls Gone Wine—are less than a mile away. A quick drive opens up even more options: the Mountain Fork River, Broken Bow Lake Marina, Cedar Creek Golf Course, additional breweries, fly fishing, zip-lining, horseback riding, family activities, and local gift shops.
